The 'Following Christ' workbook, prepared by Sojourn Church Midtown, is a comprehensive 12-week curriculum that systematically and deeply examines the journey of becoming a disciple of Jesus Christ. This guide defines discipleship not merely as a collection of theoretical knowledge, but as a radical transformation of one's entire life under the sovereignty of King Jesus. Throughout the study, fundamental themes such as the centrality of the Gospel, establishing a new identity in Christ, internalizing spiritual disciplines like prayer and Scripture, and fostering fellowship within the church community are explored progressively. By inviting participants to reflect God’s kingdom in the ordinary moments of daily life and to engage actively in His mission, this study aims to strengthen individual spiritual growth while offering a community-focused model to help believers become more like Christ in character.
